Just received these sandals yesterday; I have always worn a size 10, 41 in Algeria’s, and these fit perfectly the same as always. They are hard as in my Dansko work shoes, unlike my Alegria work shoes, but they seem to give great support. I am wearing them around the house to be sure, kind of feels like a strait jacket for the feet but that is necessary for support, to walk upright instead of slumped over. The height seems good without being a pump that puts you on your toes. I was afraid they would look frumpy but not at all.I don’t care for the Velcro at the toes because who really needs to adjust that? But I attached it then put on the sandal and attached the strap at the ankle, that which feels a bit flimsy but are theoretically better than the buckles of the past which I cannot do so slip my foot in, stretching the strap over time. All of my Dansko sandals had to be tossed eventually because of that stretching of the leather straps. So this should work better if the Velcro holds. Overall it’s a pretty shoe that fits true size. I am a registered nurse and have not been compensated for this endorsement—though I would certainly take that, lol.
