no they are not as fashionable as Nike sneakers… But once I slipped in an orthotic they were very comfortable and I enjoy wearing them… The back does come up a little high and rubs on one of my back ankles but I'm hoping that that will lessen in time as it wears it self in… I ordered my regular 39 it is definitely a half a size too big but I feared the 38 would be too small so keep that in mindVery comfortable. I bought them because i’m on my feet and walking around all day for work and they have eliminated my problems of foot pain/back pain that I got when wearing other shoes. They were uncomfortable for the first couple days, because the back heel dug into my ankle, but after breaking them in I have no problem. I would recommend getting a protectant for the nubuck though, because after only a month (wearing them inside only) mine is still looking a little scuffed on the toe.Great shoe! Very comfortable.
